We try to process and ship placed orders within 2~7 business days unless unexpected delays occur. Kim's Center does not promise customers an exact shipping and arrival date - depending on the address the product is being sent to, naturally the time that takes the product to be shipped will differ. Orders placed on Sundays and national holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns:
We guarantee the safest packing to avoid damange of products in transit. However if damage occurs in transit, the customer must first provide prrof that the product was opened together with whomever delivered the package, and notify us with both the signatures of the client and the deliverer, within 15 days from the date of delivery so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We regret that this inconvenience must be caused upon our customers due to the Polish rules and regulations on faulty/damaged Item returns.
